Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Pinot Noir from California opens with an inviting bouquet of black raspberry, blueberry, and cedar. The medium body is sweet, smooth, and bright with balanced light tannins. The flavor profile is black cherry, black raspberry, black licorice, light black tea, spice, and oak. The pleasant finish is dry and lingers. I would recommend pairing this Pinot with Sweet Baby Rays marinated baby back ribs. - Joe
